About HandoverAI.
HandoverAI is based in Dubai and helps organisations put AI to work, starting with the people who do the work. Our voice AI interviews every employee in the departments a client chooses. Our engineers then turn what we learn into working improvements in the client’s own tools.
Our mission
Our mission is to make sure every employee gets AI tools that are relevant to their day‑to‑day work.
Many AI rollouts give everyone the same tool and a single training session. We start from how each person actually spends their week, so we interview everyone one to one before anything is chosen. When an improvement goes live, each person who uses it is trained with material made for their role.
Leadership
Our two co-founders are New York University alumni, and both are based in Dubai.

Sandro Andrić
Co-founder
Sandro builds agent systems for governments and enterprises, drawing on nine years in government and consulting. He created AgentHandover, the open-source tool that turns recorded work into reusable skills for AI agents. He won UAE Innovates 2024 for AI and received the NYU Leadership Award 2025. He serves on the AIES Program Committee and publishes research on how language models behave.

Belmin Mostic
Co-founder
Belmin has spent eight years taking AI from strategy to production for enterprise and government, in strategy consulting and AI engineering at a global consulting firm. He has delivered agentic AI systems into production at two of Europe’s largest telecoms operators, and he is establishing the Agentic AI office of an emirate. He specialises in deploying AI inside client environments, including fully on-premise systems that meet government data-sovereignty requirements.
